Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on manager who can oversee the daily operations of a new team. The SEM Manager will assume the responsibility of managing the personnel and their respective tasks within the recognised Service Level Agreement.


  • Maintains target SLAs across all tasks
  • Ensures all campaigns are reviewed and optimized to hit necessary spend and goal targets
  • Keeping campaigns within the budget target
  • Provides daily/weekly/monthly performance and productivity reporting
  • Oversees 2,000+ Google Ads accounts and easily identify performance issues and trends
  • Manages the SEM Team to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Workload planning and capacity management
  • Creates and effectively executes an ongoing training plan and on-boarding plan for new hires
  • Manages the entire portfolio for success, ensuring performance is met while hitting profitability targets on a campaign level
  • Ensures profitability on a team level
  • Sets KPIs for the team
  • Conducts monthly one-on-one coaching with team members
  • Work closely with the Head of SEM & Country Manager


  • At least 6- 10 years SEM/PPC experience
  • Minimum 3 years team handling experience
  • BS/MS degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads and PPC tools
  • Google Ads certified
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • General knowledge of all paid publishers
  • Experience in the US or Australian market is a plus
  • Experience with automated bidding systems is a plus
