Sales Development Representative

You will be responsible for increasing our customer base for our platform users. This includes researching potential clients through lead generation and data mining, connect with them through Email, Chat, Social Media, or Phone and have them sign up for our services.


  • Lead gen and mine as necessary to reach more potential customers
  • Reach out to customers how have freely signed up to our platform and/or newsletter services and offer them our expanded range of services
  • Engage and nurture inbound leads and inquiries
  • Educate current and potential customers about the benefits of our platform products and services and offerings
  • Identify accounts with a bigger potential for upselling and to endorse to our enterprise sales team
  • Work closely with Accounts and Sales teams to drive sales efforts and campaigns
  • Cleaning Dirty Data and Data Entry as Required


  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience (2+ years)
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Tableau, OpsCon, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Professional educational experience
  • Sales-driven and the desire to close
  • Google Apps Suite Experience
  • CRM Experience (Teamwork, Hubspot)
  • Exceptional command of the Australian English language, both in written and verbal capacity.
