Sales Development Representative

As part of the Sales team, the Sales Development Representative will be reaching out to potential customers and will be responsible for increasing our customer base for our platform users. This includes researching potential clients through lead generation and data mining, connect with them through Email, Chat, Social Media, or Phone, and have them sign up to our services.


  • Reach out to customers who have freely signed up to the DigitalMaas platform and/or newsletter services and offer them an expanded range of services
  • Perform outbound calls and offer our products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Engage and nurture inbound leads and inquiries
  • Educate current and potential customers about the benefits of DigitalMaas’ products and services
  • Identify accounts with a more significant potential for upsell to endorse to our enterprise sales team
  • Work closely with the sales teams to drive sales efforts and campaigns


  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience (2+ years)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Sales-driven and the desire to close sales
  • Google Apps Suite Experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Exceptional command of the Australian English language, both in written and verbal capacity
