Sales Support Coordinator

You will assist sales in preparing all pre-sales assets and requirements, including but not limited to – client research, lead mining and generation, creating presentation slides, and perform campaign audits.


  • Process quotes and leads requests
  • CRM Data Entry and maintenance
  • Lead Generation and Mining
  • Campaign and Product Research
  • Create Audits and Presentations
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities with leads and customers
  • Cleaning Dirty Data and Data Entry as Required
  • Monitor Sales performance and manage customer invoice due dates as required


  • Ability to convert lots of data into meaningful, easy to comprehend data points through charts, graphs, and/or presentations
  • Comprehensive Google Apps Suite knowledge, including Google Sheets, Docs, and SlidesĀ 
  • 2-year Digital Marketing and SEO experience
  • Previously worked with Australian customers a plus
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills
  • Ability to schedule and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to communicate clear and precise instructions to stakeholders in an easy to understand format
