What it finds
We check reviews at your locations against Google's review policies and flag the ones that likely break them, each with the reason. A historical scan checks each location's past reviews too (beta).
What it does
If you want, our team reports flagged reviews to Google and follows each one up. Review Shield detects and reports. Google decides what comes down.
What it proves
A review only counts as removed once it's confirmed gone on live Google. If a removed review comes back, we report it again at no charge, or credit it.

Detection and the historical scan (beta) are included free for paying clients, switched on by our team. There's nothing to install.

The managed removal service is A$150 (ex GST) per review successfully removed. You pay only for each review confirmed gone on live Google.
