Google review data issue
Google is currently experiencing a known issue with its Business Profile review API. As a result, some reviews, replies, reply statuses and review metrics may appear incomplete or display incorrectly in DigitalMaas.
Replies submitted through DigitalMaas can still be posted successfully to Google. However, they may continue to appear as unanswered in DigitalMaas because Google is not consistently returning the updated reply information.
While this issue continues, you can now switch to Public Data for more reliable visibility of your Google reviews.
Some advanced features are not available when using this data source.
We are continuing to monitor the issue and will restore the standard Google data experience once the API is operating reliably again.
