    Yes, you may use the “Share new review link” feature on the Platform to do this.

  • Can I answer reviews from other providers on the Platform?

    Currently, you can reply to reviews from Google, Bing and Apple. We will let you know when you can reply on more listings in the future.

  • Can I just see un-replied reviews?

    Yes, you’ll see your total number of un-replied reviews under the “Haven’t Replied” scorecard. Click “View All Replies” underneath, or you may also choose to use the “Unreplied” filter.

  • Can I view reviews for specific locations only?

    Yes, select locations in overview before going to the Reviews tab.
